Save an encrypted copy of everything, or restore it on a new phone. Protected by a password only you know — keep it safe, it can’t be recovered if lost. Nothing leaves your device except the file you choose to save.

iPhone tip: removing the app’s icon from your Home Screen erases its saved data. Back up first, then restore after re-adding.
